Privacy Policy

Greetback is run by Spend Foundry EOOD, company ID 208687349, 103 Nishava St, floor 2, apt 4, 1408 Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions go to hello@greetback.com.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email, company and anything you write in the booking form. Bookings run through Cal.com.
• When you email us or work with us: your messages, contact details and the business details you share.
• When you visit the site: standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on greetback.com, and we don't sell your data.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, hold calls and deliver the work you hired us for (contract, or steps you asked for before one).
• To keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interest).
• To keep invoices and accounting records (legal obligation).

Your clients' data

If you hire us, we may handle data about your users, such as product exports. We do that only on your instructions, under our agreement with you, and you stay the controller of that data. We ask for the minimum we need, prefer anonymized or pseudonymized exports, and delete them when the work ends unless you ask us to keep them.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email, scheduling, payments and accounting, and only what they need. Some of them are based outside the EU; where that's the case, they rely on approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Sales conversations: up to 2 years after our last contact. Client records: for the engagement and as long as needed for legal claims. Invoices and accounting records: as long as Bulgarian law requires (currently up to 10 years).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or limit how we use it. Email hello@greetback.com and we'll reply within a month. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
