The website
The content on this site, including our guides, is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete or current. Links to other sites are there for convenience; we don't control them.
Working with us
Paid work, such as an Activation Blueprint or Activation Sprint, is set out in a written proposal or order that covers scope, price, timing and any guarantee. If that document and these terms disagree, the document wins. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT where it applies.
- You give us the access, data and answers we need, and you have the right to share them with us.
- We keep your information confidential and use it only to do the work.
- Once you've paid, what we deliver to you is yours to use in your business. We keep our general methods, know-how and templates, and may reuse them without your confidential information.
Results
We recommend changes based on our best judgment. Outcomes depend on things outside our control, such as your product, market and how you implement our recommendations, so beyond any guarantee in your proposal we don't promise specific results.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction. If we change these terms, we'll update them here; the version in place when you sign a proposal applies to that work.
